To our valued customers and communities,


The well-being of our customers, team members and their families remains of utmost importance to us. Our thoughts are with those affected in this situation. We’d like to share some additional updates on how we are here to support you through this situation.


Store Hours


Effective Thursday, March 26th all of our 135+ U.S. stores are now open from 10AM local time to 7PM local time until further notice.


We will continue to closely monitor the situation and adjust accordingly to do what is best for our customers and employees, and provide updates at conns.com/news-release and through our social channels.


Customer Support


In order to protect the well-being of our employees and in accordance with local and state health mandates, some of our staff members have been advised to “shelter in place”. While these employees are able to work remotely, we ask for your patience and support during these times and invite you to use the following options before calling into our customer support centers.


  • Use our website Conns.com – Available 24/7, you can apply for a loan, make essential purchases, schedule service, check on delivery status, and even make payments on your current accounts through our website.
  • We have live agents available on the website via chat! If you do need a little extra help with your account while online, we are just a click away. Look for the red chat icon on the bottom right-hand side of our website to quickly connect with a live agent.
  • Telephone/IVR payments – You can also pay by phone, with or without agent assistance. We invite you to use the IVR payment option by calling us at (800) 511-5750.

  • Customer Deliveries & Service Calls


    For those of you who have recently made a purchase, we know that receiving your products when you need them is of the utmost importance, including temperature-controlled storage for your food and medicine and working to service any essential repairs as needed. We are working vigorously to provide your deliveries as early as next day after purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about an upcoming scheduled delivery or service call, please contact us at (844) 894-0717.

    We understand that some of our existing account holders may be enduring rapidly changing financial circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).     NEW HOURS

    To be respectful to the wellbeing of our customers and associates, we have made the decision to temporarily reduce our hours of operations across our 135+ U.S. stores effective Friday, March 20th. Our stores will now open at 10AM local time and close at 7PM local time until further notice.

    As always, you can rely on our family at Conn’s HomePlus to help you navigate through this uncertainty – whether that’s providing you the necessities for your home office or being a source to replace necessary appliances in a time when kitchen essentials are so important.  

    These reduced store hours will also allow us to take extra time to deeply clean our stores for our guests and employees. Like many others, we’re closely monitoring guidelines from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.

    To Our Customers,

    As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on our daily lives, Conn’s HomePlus has spent the last several days and weeks assessing its potential impact on our customers, communities, and valued employees.

    Our hearts go out to anyone who’s been affected by the illness. The health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our top priority, and as this is a rapidly evolving situation, we’ll continue to monitor and make any necessary adjustments to our daily operations.

    We want to personally connect with you to share more about the steps we’re taking to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy. Our showrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized regularly as a part of our normal course of business, however we’ve increased the frequency and heightened the extent of those cleanings.

    We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our employees have been given instructions on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. In addition, a strict work travel policy is in place including cancelling meetings with large groups and the reduction of any non-business critical travel, to do our part in helping prevent the spread of the illness. All these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO), along with U.S. government and public health officials.

    Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of our operations, our stores remain open to serve our customers. However, if you don't feel well or cannot visit our showrooms, we are ready to serve you online or over the phone with our Customer Service department.
