Product Return & Exchange Policy

You Have Options.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we know stuff happens. Here are your options for returns & exchanges:

14 days from the date the item is received for electronics, electronics accessories, computers & computer accessories. There is a 15% restocking fee.*

30 days for appliances, fitness, and items not included in the 14 day exchange list above, or the No Returns/Exchanges list below. There is a 15% restocking fee.*

The item(s) will be picked up by a Conn's delivery team, or products purchased via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided or your nearest Conn’s location.

For ALL returns & exchanges, any free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned.

No Returns/Exchanges on:

  1. Furniture, mattresses, décor & accessories unless inspected by a Conn's Service Technician and found to have a manufacturer's defect
  2. A/Cs: No returns allowed on A/Cs that have been used. Returns are allowed within 7 days of purchase if product is in new (unused) condition and includes original packaging, all manuals and accessories.
  3. All flooring products.
  4. All gas powered equipment
  5. Any DJ Party stereo system
  6. Any computer software
  7. Floor models and clearance items
  8. Any Beats by Dre® products in store without a Conn's RPP plan. Customers must contact Beats customer service at 1 (800) 442-4000 for all Beats product-related issues.
  9. Cell Phones: Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours if merchandise is defective.
  10. Gaming system bundles. Exchanges are allowed within 72 hours if merchandise is defective. After 24 or 72 hours of purchase, customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues: -Samsung: 1-800-SAMSUNG-Xbox: 1-800-4MY-XBOX-Nintendo: 855-877-9099-Playstation: 800-222-7669
  11. Water Heaters: Returns are allowed within 7 days of purchase if product is in new condition, in carton with all original packaging, all manuals and accessories. No returns allowed on Water Heaters that have been used.

Requirements for ALL Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Proof of purchase.
  2. Merchandise must be in new condition as determined by Conn's.
  3. Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount). All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned.
  4. Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded on any returns.
  5. A second delivery fee will be charged on all exchanged merchandise unless original merchandise has been inspected by a Conn's service technician and is found to be defective or the original merchandise fails within 24 hours of delivery or 72 hours if purchased with a Repair Service Agreement (RSA).
  6. If a portion of your purchase is returned, the terms of your loan agreement will remain the same, including your monthly payment. If payment adjustments are desired, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-358-1252.
  7. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Conn’s. The customer must ship the item with an approved RA slip. RA slips are valid 14 to 30 days as appropriate.

*15% restocking fee is due at the time of the return/exchange and may not be financed on your Conn's Credit Card or Conn's Credit. If your product fails while under manufacturer's warranty or Conn's RSA, Conn's Factory Authorized Service will repair your product according to these warranties. If your product fails while under the Conn's Replacement Product Program (RPP), it will be replaced under the terms of the RPP. Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed. All refund checks will be processed within 30-45 days. Refunds for Conn’s Credit purchases will be paid to Lender, less any unpaid restocking fee.
