Repair Service Agreement
Protect Your Appliances, Electronics, TVs and Computer Investments when you make a purchase at Conn’s HomePlus®, we want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come, so we offer comprehensive Repair Service Agreements (RSA) to cover things the manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t. After the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, these Agreements will continue protecting your product for the plan length you have chosen, so that you get the most value from your purchase.
With a Conn’s HomePlus® Repair Service Agreement, you’re covered

The RSA Coverage You Need Includes:
100% Parts and Labor
You won’t pay for labor or functional parts for covered failures. One defective TV remote control will be replaced over the term of the plan, plus you’re covered for removal and reinstallation of a TV on a stand or wall mount as a result of a covered repair.
Electrical Surge Protection
Failures that are a result of an electrical surge are covered.
Accidental Damage Option
With an optional accidental damage plan, you’re protected from accidental drops, cracks and spills.
Food Loss
Verified food loss of up to $150 on refrigerators and $250 on freezers is covered per occurrence. If you have recently suffered food loss from your refrigerator or freezer, complete the form here.
A Conn’s HomePlus® Repair Service Agreement Covers (Almost) Everything
Excludes Damage Caused By:
- Negligence
- Corrosion and rust
- Theft or loss
- Fire, flood and tornados
- Accidental damage (unless there is accidental damage coverage on the product)
The Coverage Does Not Pay For:
- Commercial use
- Failures covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
- Routine cleaning
- Maintenance
- Antennas
- Batteries
- Belts and knobs
- Water filters
- Software

Repair Service Agreement Frequently Asked Questions
If we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it!*
Under the Repair Service Agreement, if we are unable to repair your product after three service attempts for the same component within a 12-month period; the repair part becomes unavailable, the total repair cost exceeds the cost to replace the product or the total time to repair, starting on the date of the initial service, exceeds 30 days, we may either provide a replacement product or issue an store credit for the purchase price of the original product. Replacement of the product or store credit that reaches the limit of liability, fulfills the contract in its entirety.

FurnitureGard® Plan
Protect Your Furniture and Mattress Investment
FurnitureGard offers you three years of protection and covers structural repairs and the removal of accidental stains for the furniture and bedding products you purchase from Conn’s HomePlus®. All you need to do is make sure your purchase is maintained and used as recommended by the manufacturer. After the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, your plan will continue protecting your product for the plan length you have chosen, so that you get the most value from your purchase.

Your FurnitureGard Coverage Includes:
100% Functional Parts and Labor
You won’t be charged for any parts or labor for all repairs covered under the FurnitureGard plan.
Stain Removal
If your fabric, leather or vinyl product fails to resist accidental staining, we’ll restore it.
Structural Damage
If your product suffers a structural, component or surface failure or becomes damaged from a covered incident during normal residential use, we will repair it.
Surface Damage
If your woods, metals, glass, mirrors, leather or bonded leather suffer lifting, cracking or peeling, scratches,* chips, gouges, stains, water marks and loss of silvering to mirror, we’ll repair it. *Scratches on leather are excluded
Mattress Coverage
If your mattress suffers a stain or damage from household food and beverages, urine, stomach fluid or blood, or facial cosmetics, while protected with a mattress pad, we’ll repair it. Special claim procedures apply; see full Terms and Conditions.
Accidental Rips, Punctures, Tears, Cracking and Peeling
Your fabric, leather, vinyl and mattress products are covered.
FurnitureGard Frequently Asked Questions
- Household food and beverage stains
- Accidental/incidental staining from humans and pets, including saliva, urine, stomach fluid or blood
- Ballpoint pen ink
- Crayon
- Facial cosmetics or nail polish
We cannot guarantee an exact color match to fabric or leather due to differences in dye lots and natural grains. Please remember: You must report the stain within 15 days of the first occurrence to receive coverage. Waiting could result in permanent setting of the stain, and the damage will not be covered under the plan.
- Damage caused by the following are excluded:
- Stains from dye, bleach, caustic solution, felt tip marker, tobacco products or chewing gum
- Color fading, color loss and/or discoloration
- Normal wear and tear to fabrics and leathers such as soiling from everyday use, including body oil, hair oil, perspiration, darkened bodily contact areas
- Scratches on leather
- Transit, delivery, redelivery or movement
- Pet damage other than non-repetitive pet bodily fluids including damage from teeth, claws and beaks
- Fabric such as nubuck, suede, split hides and other sensitive leathers
- Damage or stains caused by acts of God, fire, water and windstorms, exposure to direct sun or other heat source, and negligence
Products used for commercial or institutional purposes are not eligible for coverage.
If we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it!*
Under the FurnitureGard plan, we will restore the damaged product to a reasonably satisfactory condition based on the condition of the product at time of repair. If we decide not to repair the product, we can replace it or issue a store credit for the purchase price of the original item. The maximum paid for repairs or replacements is limited to the lesser of an aggregate of the original retail purchase price or $25,000.

Protect Your TV, Small Appliances, Audio and Electronics
Conn’s HomePlus® understands that sometimes, no matter how diligently you protect them, your televisions, small appliances, audio equipment and electronics undergo unavoidable wear and tear. A Replacement Product Plan (RPP) offers you up to two years of protection and covers products with a retail value under $500 after the product manufacturer’s warranty expires including TVs, vacuums, headphone, small electronics, small appliances and audio components. “Replacement” means the exchange of a defective product with a new product of equal or similar features and functionality up to the purchase price of the original product, or a store credit up to the limit of liability. We reserve the right to select the manufacturer and model of the replacement product.

The RPP Coverage You Need Includes:
- Electrical Failure after the manufacturer’s warranty expires
- Covered breakdown due to normal wear and tear
- Mechanical Failure
- Power Surge Protection damage coverage
