Pillows for Your Sleep Position

The sleeper you are depends on the bed pillow that will be best for you. There are three common sleep positions – side, stomach, and back.

For side sleepers, keeping your head and neck in the proper alignment is important to avoid neck pain, so choosing a firm pillow may better benefit you. Back sleepers often need firmness with enough support, so the head does not tilt too far back. As for stomach sleepers, a softer pillow is recommended to cradle the head and keep it aligned with your neck.
