Delivery Options


Conn's (Standard 1-3 Days): For customers in our local markets (parts of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia), we are able to offer our Conn's Delivery. This service includes curbside package drop off. Conn's Delivery is offered seven days a week in most markets. You will be automatically scheduled for the first date available. You will receive an email notification with the expected delivery date within a few business hours. If you wish to select a later date, simply call or email us.

Conn's (White Glove): For customers in our local markets (parts of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia), we are able to offer our White Glove Delivery. Conn's professional delivery team will deliver your purchase to your home. Removal of your old unit and haul away (excluding mattresses and furniture) are available for a fee. This service may also include some basic unpacking and setup services (additional charges apply to product assembly as well as installation). Conn's White Glove Delivery is offered seven days a week in most markets.

Free Delivery: For customers in our local markets (parts of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia), we are able to offer Free White Glove Delivery on all appliance purchases $799 and up, and all furniture/mattress purchases $1999 and up. Conn's professional delivery team will deliver your purchase to your home. Removal of your old unit and haul away (excluding mattresses and furniture) are available for a fee. Conn's White Glove Delivery is offered seven days a week in most markets.

Free Delivery is limited to non-clearance, in-stock, qualifying major appliances, major electronics and furniture items. Next Day Delivery for a fee is limited to delivery within Conn's Next Day Delivery zones. Additional installation and delivery fees may apply. Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and is not available on select days in Alexandria; Jackson; Knoxville; Lubbock; Monroe; Nashville; Odessa; Shreveport; Yuma; CO; GA; SC; VA and OK markets. Purchases made after 5:00 PM will not be guaranteed Next Day Delivery. No deliveries on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

The Delivery Process (Infographic)


Delivery Confirmation An email confirming your next day delivery will be sent the day before your scheduled delivery, if the email is not confirmed, you will receive phone calls from our automated system. Deliveries must be confirmed by 6:30pm to remain in the schedule, alternatively, please call our Delivery Call Center to reschedule for a different day. (Note: Sales made after 5pm will be confirmed for next day delivery by your Sales Associate).

Timeframe Notification You will receive an email, a phone call and a text message with your three-hour time frame the evening before your delivery. This notification does not have to be confirmed but if the timeframe does not work for your schedule, please call our Delivery Call Center to reschedule for a different day (note: we are unable to offer a specific time slot).

During Delivery You will receive a call from your driver when your delivery is close. Please ensure there is a clear path for delivery, free of obstacles, and remove all personal belongings from items to be hauled away.
