Delivery Options

Free Delivery: Free Delivery is available for in-stock, qualifying major appliances, major electronics, furniture and mattress items, however it excludes scratch and dent purchases. Conn’s offers Free Delivery on appliance purchases $799 and up, and furniture/mattress purchases $1999 and up. Conn's professional delivery team will deliver your purchase to your home. Removal of your replacement unit and haul away (excluding mattresses and furniture) are available for a fee. This service may also include some basic unpacking and setup services (additional charges apply to product assembly as well as installation). A surcharge will be required for any zip code that is over 30+ miles from select Conn’s location to the customer’s delivery address. No deliveries on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. You will be automatically scheduled for the first date available. You will receive an email notification with the expected delivery date within a few business hours. If you wish to select a later date, simply call or email us. For residents of New Mexico and El Paso, Colorado, and Arizona free delivery may not apply.

Free Next Day Delivery: In addition to the above, Free Next Day Delivery is limited to delivery within Conn's Next Day Delivery zones. Next Day Delivery zones are determined by distance from store, distribution center, availability and capacity. Free Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and qualifying purchase. For residents of New Mexico and El Paso, Colorado, Arizona, and Houston, free delivery may not apply.

The Delivery Process

Delivery Confirmation An email confirming your next day delivery will be sent the day before your scheduled delivery, if the email is not confirmed, you will receive phone calls from our automated system. Deliveries must be confirmed by 6:30pm to remain in the schedule, alternatively, please call our Delivery Call Center to reschedule for a different day. (Note: Sales made after 5pm will be confirmed for next day delivery by your Sales Associate).

Timeframe Notification You will receive an email, a phone call and a text message with your three-hour time frame the evening before your delivery. This notification does not have to be confirmed but if the timeframe does not work for your schedule, please call our Delivery Call Center to reschedule for a different day (note: we are unable to offer a specific time slot).

During Delivery You will receive a call from your driver when your delivery is close. Please ensure there is a clear path for delivery, free of obstacles, and remove all personal belongings from items to be hauled away.
