Credit Policy for Approved Conn's HomePlus Credit Customers

Pursuant to Conn's credit policy, the credit limit approved for you will be valid per the date listed in your approval email. Specific payment and contract terms and Truth-in-Lending Act disclosures will be given to you prior to the time you sign a retail installment contract or direct loan.

In the event you do not purchase by this date using your approved credit limit, the credit limit offered will automatically terminate without further notification.

In the event you purchase merchandise prior to using the approved credit limit offered, any unused portion of your credit limit may terminate automatically at the first time of purchase without any further notice to you. If you are approved for credit and wish to cancel the credit offer, you may do so at any time, and your credit offer will terminate upon your written request.

Customers are required to have Property Insurance covering the products they purchase from Conn's and financed by Conn's. Customers have the Freedom to Choose; they can purchase Credit Property Insurance offered by Conn's OR provide proof of homeowners/renters insurance at the time of purchase while in our stores.
