Returns & Exchange

All products purchased by phone or via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided or your nearest Conn’s location 14 days from the date the item is received on Computers & Computer Equipment, Camcorders & Digital Cameras, and 30 Days from the date the item is received on the remainder of our merchandise. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

No returns or exchanges except for manufacturer's defect on:
  1. All mattresses
  2. *All gasoline powered products
  3. All window air conditioners
  4. All furniture & recliners
  5. All used cookware/bakeware, small appliances, utensils and personal care items

Requirements for Exchange
  1. The customer must have the original receipt.
  2. The product must be in new condition.
  3. The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)
  4. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.
  5. Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded on any returns.
  6. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Conn’s.
  7. The customer must ship the item with an approved RA slip. RA slips are valid 14 to 30 days as appropriate.
  8. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted beyond 14 or 30 days as appropriate.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise unless merchandise has completely failed within 24 hours of original purchase or 72 hours with RSA. If your product fails while under manufacturer’s warranty or Conn’s Service Repair Agreement, Conn’s Factory Authorized Service will repair your product according to these warranties. If your product fails while under the Conn’s Replacement Product Program (RPP), it will be replaced under the terms of the RPP. Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed. All refund checks will be processed within 10 calendar days.
