Returns & Exchange
No returns or exchanges except for manufacturer's defect on:
- All mattresses
- *All gasoline powered products
- All window air conditioners
- All furniture & recliners
- All used cookware/bakeware, small appliances, utensils and personal care items
Requirements for Exchange
- The customer must have the original receipt.
- The product must be in new condition.
- The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)
- Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.
- Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded on any returns.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Conn’s.
- The customer must ship the item with an approved RA slip. RA slips are valid 14 to 30 days as appropriate.
- There will be no returns or exchanges accepted beyond 14 or 30 days as appropriate.
* Gasoline powered products may be returned to a store in the case of a manufacturer's defect; No gasoline powered products may be returned to Conns.com. Please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.
