My delivery came two 2 easier than what we had discussed on the day of purchase. I was totally ok with that!! I received a confirmation phone call the night before and a 30minute courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. The deliverers were awesome and efficient. They hooked the appliances up and showed us how to work them...which was a plus.

They showed up 3 hours early and the head delivery guy kept rushing my husband and the other delivery guy around. They never called me once to tell me they were coming early! Very unprofessional. My overall rating is based on Coco.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! Ordered 1 stove top, 1 built in oven and 1 microwave. 1st delivery was 2 ovens, 1 microwave and no stove top. Went to the store to reorder the stove top, received a day later than promised, never communicated it was going to be a day later, just to receive the wrong item. Tried calling the store to speak to a manager, and did not have time to talk to me. Upon original purchase, brought all dimensions to the store. The sales person assured me that oven would fit... the casing is too wide and rubs my wall, plus upon set up, they damaged my wall putting the oven in. Microwave set up, cannot open the door properly, so it was setup or put in wrong. Left a message for a general manager, who is yet to contact us. Over $4000 worth of purchases, still don't have a stove and nothing is right. Very dissatisfied.
