Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Most items purchased in-store or online can be returned to your nearest Conn’s HomePlus location. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here are your options:

Requirements for a return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase (copy of invoice)
  • Merchandise must be in new condition as determined by Conn's HomePlus
  • Merchandise must include original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories (value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount)
  • All free promotional items tied to the purchase must also be returned
  • Refunds will be processed based on original payment method. If original payments made by cash, a refund check will be processed within 10 days.
  • Pre-Paid or Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to original form of payment and cannot be issued as cash or check. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the order and applied to original payment method and is usually credited back to your account within 7-10 business days based on your bank.
  • Pre-Paid or Gift Card purchases will be refunded back to original form of payment and cannot be issued as cash or check.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Conn’s.

Outlet Deal items

Outlet Deal items cannot be returned. An Outlet Deal item may be eligible for an exchange if it is found to be non-functional, and the customer reports the issue by calling (866) 765-1513 within 24 hours of delivery or store pickup. All Outlet Deal furniture and mattress items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Restocking Fees
    Some items we sell have a restocking fee if returned by a customer. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to opened and returned items which is due at the time of the return or exchange and may not be financed on your Conn's Credit Card or Conn's Credit and will need to be paid through a cash/credit option. There is no restocking fee if the product is returned unopened & factory sealed within the return period.
  • Special Order Cancellation Fee
    Special order items cancelled 24 hours or more after completion of your purchase transaction shall be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Special orders that are returned shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee noted above.
  • Final Sale Items

    Conn’s HomePlus does not allow returns or exchanges on Final Sale Items. These are considered Service Only items and will be repaired according to warranty coverage, if any.

    • Furniture and mattresses 
    • A/Cs used in home 
    • All Home Improvement Products after 3 business days from purchase transaction.
    • Any DJ Party stereo equipment 
    • Computer Software 
    • Floor models and clearance items  
    • Gaming system bundles that are not defective  
  • Important Information
    • Delivery and installation charges are not refundable on any returns. 
    • If a portion of your purchase is returned, the terms of your loan agreement will remain the same, including your monthly payment. If payment adjustments are desired, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-358-1252. 
    • If your product fails while under manufacturer's warranty or Conn's Extended Warranty, Conn's Factory Authorized Service will repair your product. To select Service, click here. For warranty information for furniture products, click here. For non-furniture, click here
    • If your product fails while under the Conn's Replacement Product Program (RPP), it will be replaced under the terms of the RPP. 
    • Refunds will be refunded via the form of payment or financing previously used, and shall have deducted therefrom any 10% special order cancellation fee or 15% restocking fee, as applicable.
  • How to Cancel An Order
    • If the item has not been scheduled for delivery, call 1-866-765-1513 to request cancelation. Please provide invoice number in order to speed up the process.  
    • If the item has already been scheduled for delivery, you can refuse attempted delivery. Payment will be refunded in full to the originating payment method. 
    • Once customer has taken possession of the product, a restocking fee may apply to the order.
