Product Pickup Policy

Customers who make purchases on have the option of picking up their merchandise from a local Conn's retail store or distribution center in their area. This allows our customers to receive their merchandise quickly and helps them save the expense of shipping the merchandise to them.

The following information is required to pick up merchandise from all Conn's HomePlus locations:

  1. A printed copy of the Order Update email confirmation, the follow-up email you receive that includes all your order details.
  2. A state issued photo I.D. or driver's license.

Upon entering the store or distribution center, locate the customer service desk and present the cashier or customer service representative with the above information. They will then assist you with the retrieval of your merchandise. You will be required to sign this document to acknowledge you have received the merchandise in good order.

Please note: All in-store pickup purchases must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the Order Update email confirmation. All orders not picked up within this time frame will be canceled and refunded to the customer. The individual picking up the merchandise must be the same individual whose name is on the order.
