• Can I cancel my Layaway order?

  You can cancel anytime but all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of either 5% of the purchase price for the merchandise or $50, whichever is greater. Except where prohibited by law. NC Residents: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. LA Residents: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of either 5% of the purchase price for the merchandise or $50, whichever is less, not to exceed a maximum of $50 for cancellation.

• Are all products eligible for Layaway program?

  No, not all products are eligible for Conn’s HomePlus Layaway program. Products belonging to following categories are excluded: Gaming Consoles, Computer Components, Flooring & Countertops, Apple iPads & Mac, Manufacturer Direct Items
