Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor service I ordered my furniture my sales representative was awesome. Very knowledgeable. The first time they delivered the guy dropped the sofa back and nicked it also the slide in backing did not fit right. I made them take it back. I could not choose the date and time if tedelivery to what I needed. They delivered the second time and a few hours later when I arrived home from work unnoticed the backing did not fit flush compared to the rest of furniture. I called promptly to report it. I didn't hear back I called and was on hold for 45 mins both times waitingvfor someone to answer the phone I was hung up on both times. I called he store who helped on my behalf. However I was told the watehouse manager was t in and I wound get a call back the next day. I revived no call so I called and again got the runaround. I called the next day and spoke with someone who would escalate the situation. I would hear back on Monday. 2 hours later I get a call from Someone who told me to call repair. I said no I was told the people who deliver the sofa needed to come back and either fix or replace the damaged peice or I could get my money back. I said I just want it fixed or replaced. The guy didn't understand and started talking a lot and I told him I spoke with Eva whi states it will be taken care of by way of escalation. She gave me a confirmation number. The man states there are no notes I. The system since nov 30 but I have called the store s few times as well as delivery and the warehouse. I am angry and upset. You have e 72 hours from delivery to tell about issues. I did my part. But Conns is trying to sweep this under the carpet. I am very upset re this whole thing. so my overall rating is a one star. My salesman would get 5 star rating.
