Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good I was very disappointed in the sales representative. He didn't seem to know about anything. A manager was called over to help. Although he answered a few questions before having the sales guy take back over, I felt like I didn't receive the deal I was brought in to get. Even though I specifically asked about certain details over the phone, the information I was given was not true. By this time i had already scheduled my old fridge to be picked up and felt like I had no choice but to sign a contract to make sure I had a fridge for my home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unappreciated&Heartbroken Upon my initial visit in the morning, I was walking around browsing the TV's. I was looking for a Samsung TV and Bose Soundbar combo. However, in my 45 minute tour, i was not once approached by a sales rep. When I sold cars, I would immediately approach the guest with a warm welcoming smile. Irony was I wearing my FRC's, so I departed. Against my better judgement, I gave Conns another chance. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a sales rep. So already starting on a high note. The experience was steady, he was able to answer all my questions to the best of his abilities. Now it was time to submit a credit increase to my exsisting Synchrony account. Unfortunately I was approved enough to get the combo I wished for, but I did have enough for the TV. After expressing to the sales rep that I didn't want to have another hard inquiry on my credit, we sat down to a cubicle. I was currently under the impression we were starying rhe purchase order for the TV, but he starts putting my information into a Conns credit application. Once he was done, he says that I was approved for 3000. As a young man trying to build his credit, I was infuriated to the highest extent. I instantly asked to talk to a manager Sandi. I waited 35 minutes for her to get to me... After what seemed to be an eternity, she finally came over. I introduced myself and told her the situation. She told me that I knew what I was doing, and that she couldn't do anything for me. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and no sympathy was shown or given. The fact that she was so relentless and unapologetic made me feel cheated and like trash. Me and my family have been with Conns for a long time, but unfortunately this will be my last purchase. I'm sorry Conns and I really wish we could have continued our amazing relationship.
