Product Availability/Shipping
All products shown in Conn’s website are subject to availability. While we plan for sufficient quantities, extraordinary demand may limit our ability to immediately fill your order. In the event that a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly inform you of the earliest date that you may expect to receive your complete order. Conn's does not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states and only ships packages requiring freight services within our trade areas of Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, South Carolina and Nevada. Conn's cannot be held liable for any typographical or pictorial errors that may occur on this website.

Shipping Options
Orders may take up to 24 hours to process. Once your order ships, Conn's will send an email with a link to track your order.  Your order will ship one of three ways:

Standard Shipping (Options ranging from Ground to Overnight): Smaller packages that do not require freight services will use standard shipping. After leaving our warehouses, your package will be shipped according to the service you have selected (Budget 5-9 business days, Standard 3-5 business days, 2nd Day, or Overnight). In the event that there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified by email.

Conns (1-3 Days): For customers in our local markets (parts of Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, South Carolina and Nevada) we are able to offer our Conns delivery. This service includes curbside package drop off. Conns Delivery is offered seven days a week.  You will be automatically scheduled for the first date available.  You will receive an email notification with the expected delivery date within a few business hours.  If you wish to select a later date simply call or email us.

Conns (White Glove): For customers in our local markets (parts of Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, South Carolina and Nevada) we are able to offer our White Glove delivery. Conn's professional delivery team will deliver your purchase to your home, remove your old unit and haul it away (excluding mattresses and furniture). This service may also include some basic unpacking and setup services (additional charges apply to product assembly as well as installation of dishwashers and air conditioning units). Conns White Glove is offered seven days a week.

Address Verification
 
Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
 Yes. We can ship your order to an alternate address that is on file with your issuing bank. Please allow up to 24 hours to verify the address with the bank.

What if my ship-to address is not on file with my bank?
If you would like to ship to an address that is not on file with your bank please contact the bank and have the additional address added. The order will ship as soon as we are notified of the update, and the address has been verified.

Why is it necessary for an alternate address to be on file with my bank?
To protect you, the card holder from possible fraudulent activity.
