Returns & Exchanges

Conns.com Return Exchange Policy

* All products purchased via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided or your nearest Conn’s location 10 Days from the date the item is received on Computers, Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Flat Panel Plasma & LCD TVs, Camcorders and Digital Cameras, and 30 Days from the date the item is received on the remainder of our merchandise.

No returns or exchanges except for manufactures defect on:
  1. All mattresses
  2. All gasoline powered products
  3. All satellite systems
  4. All window air conditioners
  5. All furniture & recliners
  6. All used cookware/bakeware, small appliances, utensils and personal care items
  7. ** All open box products within 10 days
Requirements for Exchange
  1. The original receipt
  2. The product must be in new condition.
  3. The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)
  4. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any return.
  5. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Conn’s.
  6. The customer must ship the item with an approved RA slip. RA slips are valid 10 to 30 days as appropriate.
  7. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted beyond 10 or 30 days as appropriate.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise that is not in a factory sealed box unless merchandise has completely failed within 24 hrs of receiving the item or is sold as an open box item. If the product fails while under manufacturer’s warranty or Conns Service Maintenance Agreement, Conns Factory Authorized Service will repair your product according to these warranties. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if the purchase was made using a credit card. Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card. If the purchase was made using a personal or company check, the refund will be processed 30 days from the original purchase date. Conn’s reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not received with a valid RA form.

* Open box products excluded:  Please return open box  products to the mailing address provided within 10 days of invoice date
** Please contact the manufacture for warranty issues after 10 days
