Return Exchange Policy

All products purchased via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided or your nearest Conn’s location 10 Days from the date the item is received on Computers, Monitors,
Printers, Scanners, Flat Panel Plasma & LCD TVs, Camcorders and
Digital Cameras, and 30 Days from the date the item is received on the remainder of our
merchandise.
No returns or exchanges
except for manufactures defect on:
- All mattresses
- All gasoline powered products
- All satellite systems
- All window air conditioners
- All furniture & recliners
- All used cookware/bakeware, small appliances,
utensils and personal care items

All open box products within 10 days
Requirements for Exchange
- The original receipt
- The product must be in new condition.
- The products original box, packaging, all manuals,
and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be
deducted from the credit amount.)
- Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on any
return.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in
transit to Conn’s.
- The customer must ship the item with an approved
RA slip. RA slips are valid 10 to 30 days as appropriate.
- There will be no returns or exchanges accepted
beyond 10 or 30 days as appropriate.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise
that is not in a factory sealed box unless merchandise has completely
failed within 24 hrs of receiving the item or is sold as an open box
item. If the product fails while under manufacturer’s warranty or Conns
Service Maintenance Agreement, Conns Factory Authorized Service will
repair your product according to these warranties. All refunds will be
processed within 7-10 business days if the purchase was made using a
credit card. Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit
card. If the purchase was made using a personal or company check, the
refund will be processed 30 days from the original purchase date.
Conn’s reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not received
with a valid RA form.
