General
Responsibilities: A Credit Counselor is the initial contact for customers
who need assistant with their installment or revolving account. Each Customer
Service Representative must project an attitude of helpfulness, caring and
reassurance that their problem will be resolved to their
satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Data entry skills preferred
- High school graduate
- Computer and clerical experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
Salary
- Commensurate with experience
