Worst product i have bought!

Overall Rating We purchased couch and love seat 2 weeks ago and first week had to exchange loveseat b/c small tear showed up on it! Then now in the 2nd wk we had to call them back cause there is another small tear and today a spring popped out the back! For the amount of money spent on these this is ridiculous!!!!!! They are coming out to look so they can exchange it AGAIN! and if this nxt one has any problems we are returning both couch and loveseat and gonna go with different brand! I read these reviews before we bought it but i disagree soooo far with my experience b/c it just falls apart!

Overall Rating After seeing one of the review that the leather is wearing off.. i was in a dilemna for sometime to buy it or not...but was attracted by the comfort and the price,i bought it...it was like 6 months before i bought it...it was the best sofa and i had no such complaints about the leather and all.I thought of writing the review after using it for some months so that it would be helpfull to other new customers who would like to buy it.

Overall Rating The sofa was comfortable but the leather was wearing off i don know why??the leather is peeling off and it gave me a such an odd color..it was not the worth of money

Overall Rating My husband and I combined our households when we got married and bought new items at Conn's, including this wonderfully comfortable Franklin sofa. You won't regret buying this sofa.
