It's fancy, it's different, but it gets my clothes clean...

Overall Rating So far so good... I recently had a fire, and some salvageable things still had a bit of smoke smell. Using one of the least expensive HE detergents (one I just happened to have), and using the appropriate cycle, the majority of the items were smoke free! It certainly works differently than washers I've had in the past, but it did a great job for me. I love how it spins things almost dry--that should save some energy right there.

Waste of Money

Overall Rating I had to replace the board after 6 months as well. Now after just 4 years water is leaking from it like crazy. Do NOT BUY THIS WASHER.

Worst machine ever made

Overall Rating Do not waste your money on this machine. It's not worth it. Clothing comes out dirty regardless of how many times you wash them. The electronic panel had to be replaced within 6 months of the purchase. I've had it now 2 yrs and it needs major servicing yet again.

Waste of Money

Overall Rating This washer is a waste of money,very bad consumer product.Since I have had this machine,it does not wash the colthes.My clothes come out dirt,this product is a lemon,the washer use very little water to realisticly wash,then you can only use HE detergant that cost more than regular detergant.Save your money and buy a washer with an agaitaor and water levels that you can control.

NEED HE DETERGENT

Overall Rating I got this washer & the matching dryer for my mom. They are great but you have to use HE detergent if not it will take FOREVER to wash a load.
