Wish I had bought a Whirlpool

Overall Rating After 5 service calls in 5 weeks, they now tell me they will replace my unit. When I contacted Samsung to set things up, they tell me it can take up to 2 months for my replacement. Wish I had bought the Whirlpool.

Overall Rating I just purchased this frig and it is just the best needed purchase , from the interior design to the sleek elegant look on the outside . I enjoy the crush ice to the ice cubes , the extra door for snacks is a big saver reaching the cold drinks and juices to veggie snacks and great saver at party time. The twin cool does cool like it says and the easy and large freezer gives us room to put more . The delivery guys came were careful as not to scratch our new floor and set it up .Did have a tech out to recheck our water line , came out the very next day it was all good , Thank You for quality you sell. Just Happy Content and Content

Great refrigerator with one flaw

Overall Rating We purchased this refrigerator at the Conroe, TX Conns location, and have been exceptionally happy with it. The one flaw of the unit, and it had been corrected on all newer-made ones, is that there is a 'sensor' for the display screen in the very front of the freezer drawer that breaks off easily and renders the screen un-useable. This happened to our refrigerator, but Samsung/Conns replaced the entire unit 100%. I will be getting this same unit (minus the sensor problem) as my replacement. Great Refrigerator and Samsung is very helpful and friendly when you have a problem.

Overall Rating I was almost glad my old refrigerator quit working since I had been wanting a French Door Frig. love the middle drawer. Use it for all my salad makings. But plan to use it for large serving dishes, wine cooler, etc., as well. Bothers me that finger prints show so easily, but I just keep a can of stainless steel cleaner nearby.

GREAT APPLIANCE

Overall Rating Bought this for my Mom and Dad as a house warming gift. Delivery and setup was stellar and they showed my Mom just about everything there was about it. After a week of use my Mom says, "It's good to be Queen"; she loves it.
The middle drawer is great for sodas and thawing meats and what ever have you can liquids.
I have so say by far this is the best thing I got them for the house, you will not be disappointed.
Note it does take a full day and a half for the middle drawer to come to the proper temperature. This is normal being that it is pulling of the upper section of the appliance and it is warm from shipping. A full tray of ice should be made and DISPOSED OF along with ONE GALLON of water so the filter can be prep'ed correctly.
Other than that get I highly recommend this and thanks to my salesmen Berry at the Willowbrook store, he followed through with ULTIMATE and ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE - --- THANKS BERRY "CHI-TOWN"!!!!!! I will be back for more at a later date when I get my condo in Houston. -

Overall Rating This Fridge is everything that I have wanted, Lots of Ice, Clean Looking LED Lights, A TON of Storage for Everything you can imagine, A kid Friendly Door with different temperature options, A nice size freezer! It looks like something on TV!! As It Should for the Price, However worth every red cent! I hope this fridge last me 100 Years :)

Excellent Refrigerator

Overall Rating This frig is very nice looking. Has several options with its digital touch screen display. Very roomy and the zone door is great for several types of food or beverages. Lighting is very cool. Conn's matched ultimate electronics price after they delivered two refrigerators that were damaged. Conn's delivery service was excellent. The guys were very nice and careful. They even delivered the next day on a Sunday.
